I started homeschooling in Fall 2014. (Click here for "Why I homeschool" and to take a look at our curricuIum.) I love it SO MUCH and think it’s just the greatest thing in the world…..90% of the time. The other 10%......I ask myself “What were you thinking?!?!” And I want to give up, hide, and run away. Luckily, the 90% wins, and we keep on keeping on.
From perfect sunshiny art classes....to my house completely covered in school supplies.

My three favorite words are: CREATIVITY, TRANQUILITY, and POSSIBILITY. That pretty much sums up everything that drives what I do.

I am an artist. I love to create. (Click here to see my creations.) Photoshop is my go-to medium of choice. I also appreciate Illustrator, and am recently learning how to use traditional mediums, such as paint and canvases. Yay!

I’ve always loved to write – all kinds of writings – poems, stories, songs, thoughts, feelings…As a little girl, I used to tell myself that I was going to grow up to be a writer more famous than William Shakespeare. : )
LOVE my Cintiq!

I grew up in Utah, but moved to Connecticut (where my hubby is from) in the year 2000. I consider both of them home, and wish that I could move them right next to each other.

My favorite food is chocolate. If I could eat it for every meal, I would. I also wish I had a giant, warm chocolate swimming pool. Ahhhh…..

I have a small (ok, maybe not so small) obsession with Superman.

I love to sing. I think I sing more than I talk. It makes me happy.

I’m a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (aka Mormon). I love my faith. I give all glory and thanks to God, my Eternal Father, my creator. I recognize that all goodness comes from Him, and see His works and miracles surround me each day. I am forever grateful for my redeemer, Jesus Christ, my perfect example, my hope. I know that, only through Him, am I able to progress and grow and become the one I am meant to be. (Click here to read more about what I believe.)
